Deadlines to know
- Accounts are due at Companies House 9 months after your company’s financial year end.
- Corporation tax is normally due 9 months and 1 day after the end of the accounting period.
- The Company Tax Return is due 12 months after the end of the accounting period.
Missing them brings automatic penalties, so we put the dates in front of you early.
Should I be a limited company?
It depends on your profits, how you want to take money out and how much admin you will accept. Ask us on the free 15-minute call and we will say plainly whether it is worth it for you.

Our limited company package starts from £415 a year, fixed and agreed in writing. Payroll, bookkeeping and VAT are extra.
Do you file at Companies House?
Yes. Filing your accounts and the confirmation statement is included in the fixed fee.
